Design :
Interior stall walls are lined with 26 gauge zincalume
steel panels laminated to 3⁄4” plywood
(depending on your exterior option) encased by 14
gauge galvanized steel channel, this interior wall
provides a lifetime kick thru and chew proof warranty.
Exterior stall walls: a. Painted Steel - 26 gauge embossed
painted zincalume steel with your choice of color,
laminated to 3⁄4” CDX or ACX Plywood,
encased with a 14 gauge galvanized steel
channel.
b. Tongue & Groove - 2”
X 6” select grade spruce, cedar or pine (
???) encased with a
14 gauge galvanized steel channel with a 1⁄2”
plywood center.
c. Plywood exterior for customer
provided Stucco effect or any exterior siding to
match
your home or Blue Ribbon’s prefab Stuccato
effect.
d. Insulated Wall : For harsher
climates, you can have the option to insulate your
wall
with a 1 1⁄2” thick foam.
